I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I enjoyed my time at Astute Corporate Service. The work environment was very positive and supportive, which made it easy to adapt and learn quickly. The team was always helpful and collaborative, ensuring that I felt included and valued. I also appreciated the opportunities for professional growth and the constructive feedback provided by the supervisors.

Dislikes

While I appreciated many aspects of working at Astute Corporate Service, one area I found challenging was the lack of leave on Saturdays and Sundays. It would be beneficial for employees to have a day off each week to rest and recharge.
