Usual office politics is there but it gets a bit tough for senior people because of how leadership perceives opportunities between internal candidates vs going for external recruitment

Astrazeneca got a great work culture, where people are treated equally and the Top management are visible and reachable when needed. Company policies is designed in such a way it is more benefited to the employees.

Dislikes

Travel opportunity is very minimal. Apart from COVID situation getting Work from home option is very difficult.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
