1.Can't learn anything because they are not ready to teach you. 2. For the benefit from project, people can remove you or can transfer any time. 3. People in there working for 15 to 20 yrs so they won't be any opportunity outside for them, so learning things from them is equal to impossible. 4. Very greedy for money. 5. People grow in there by doing slavery to TL & managers.

No proper work management the management will sit idle 9 months in a year and make employees to work the whole year work with in a month and for that no proper appreciation will be rewarded mean time managers get hikes promotion etc stuff
