Too much work load. And unable to utilise weekly off. Leave balance remain as it is and will lapse at the end. During appraisal, manager will call and give 30-40℅ more work with promotion of 5-8, ℅ . And even that incement will be given after their observation of 5 months that u r able to do extra. In my mid year appraisal, there was oracle implementation and my managet told good.. good. And after implementation when everything was streamline then he called for appraisal and told u r not performing and I can hire at less cost. And forced me to leave. I requested, my daughter is studing and in mid of her academic year it's not easy for me to leave and move. But he just told u have to take decision. He, my reporting manager, HR people pressurised me to put the papers, so at the end I left with dishearted. I don't want to say but those people like mostly to malayali people and...... Everything i dislike from top management to lower level management all are worst and not eligible to be in their respective position.... They don't know any kind of manners how to treat employees and gow to manage things , there'l will be no staffs, and should manage whole clinic alone in the counters without drinking water or eating food or giving time to our own selves and family. They say we should fully dedicate to their group and ait and suffer for no use... Who ever come here will definitely forget even who they are. I pray god not to get such a un cultured manager that i got and such group who only cares their language people and their community people will grow and do show off as if they see everyone equally...
