Open environment for working. New things for learning for open and broad minded person.

Dislikes

No facility like bus or canteen. Favorism on the basis of family relationship. No self discipline for managers. Managers just talk about safety but they are not bothered about safety. Partiality between R&D and pilot plant employees. Inadequate working space. Poor IT and HR service. HR dont take any responsiblities.

It was a one team working environment. Showing importance of agricultural herbicides and insecticides along with their manufacturing. All teammates are very friendly. Overall it is a good company for career growth.

Company is shifting to Mahad. Growth is low, facility decrease day by day.

Work Details

My work is exciting. Production planning, RM planning, Daily production prepare, Dispatch schedule planning at starting of month. Coordinating with third parties. Controlling production quality, quantity,. Bi product dispatch, different product plan.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
