Cases documents requirement submit as per our own think not as per the process and as per requirement. Some where compliance not follow and process also. Top management has not faith in middle management. Even middle has also not faith in lower management. A manager is not allowed to take decision how to handle his team. Very poor management without any logic, less vintage upper management is there in upper level. Totally unaware of competition. They don't have any plan but try to make happy their boss only.

the ignorance from some HOD's regarding employees performance ....if some branches performance then required some positive wibs ..but due to the region not perform very well & perform the one of cluster & his branch then no can take positive on this or speak on this ..

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners. I have worked since last 8 years in motilal oswal company. It was a great journey. There are too many good things i have learned. I have received lots og awards, apperciations and promotions. The Company culture is good. I feel safe in the company. My personal and Professional both lifes are equally balanced.

Senior management The people are good And here a lot of teachers also focus a lot on giving knowledge to the employees, this is a very good work here.

MP level officials do not support and guide properly and the incentive structure here is low and they always make us feel that there is no job security.
