The only thing i disliked is that i was recruited for a senior role and was discontinued due to stoppage / closure of one of the key integration projects right at the start of COVID 19 pandemic. I lost out on other opportunities since i had committed to ASK. I felt it very unprofessional.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
