* No proper working culture is established. * staffing responsibility issue * partiality * Lack of communication between Managerial people and downward working staff. * Employees are not judged based on performance and dedication instead it is governed in partiality by groupism. * No transparency * Found total haphazardly management at the stage of every level from top to bottom (specifically Management) and hence today company is in trouble as well as employees are also in trouble. * Management has taken many haphazardly decisions suddenly. Totally without thinking and baseless and that's why the result today is business and revenue issues occurred. * I think they have no roadmap to run the company successfully. * Some of the employees are allowed work from home and some are not allowed.
