Being said, like any organization, there were areas that could be improved. At times, certain processes felt a bit rigid, and a more flexible approach could have enhanced efficiency and innovation. While the leadership team was supportive, a bit more structured feedback and career progression planning would have been beneficial.

I joined Asiatech as a Business Development Executive, and the Domain was completely new to me. I put my efforts and started learning with help of my seniors, Especially Mamta, who was my Team Leader, Under the Supervision of Manager Ayush. They guided me, helped me enhance my skills, and enabled me to understand the process quickly. Soon, I started generating results. All the seniors were always ready to help in every aspect, regardless of whether they were in my team or from other-one. I would also like to mention Suraj Sir, who supported me immensely- his dedication and guidance helped shape my sales skills and with his invaluable support I fond my path and was promoted to Team leader in less than a year.
