I had the opportunity to complete a HR internship at Asiana Times, and it was an enriching experience. The company culture was welcoming, and the HR team was supportive and knowledgeable. Throughout the internship, I was exposed to various aspects of HR, including recruitment, candidates engagement, and many more things. One of the highlights of the internship was completing thr target. I was given the responsibility to source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. This experience helped me develop my communication and interpersonal skills. Overall, my HR internship at Asiana Times was a valuable learning experience. The HR team provided me with guidance and support, and I gained practical skills that will be useful in my future career. I would highly recommend Asiana Times as a great place to intern for anyone interested in pursuing a career in HR, JOURNALISM, ETC....Read More

The Working hours are flexible leading to effective outcomes. The supervisors are very reliable. Their constant guidance and support made work easy. I thank my team leader, Reena Maran and Assistant Team Leads, Soumya Deshpande and Deeksha Sharma for always having my back and being patient no matter the situation. This internship helped me gain more confidence and polished my interpersonal skills.

By working at Asiana Times I learnt a lot. I got to improve my communication skills and I also overcame one of my weakness of calling and talking to random people.
Personally my experience was good at Asiana Times but I didn't liked the benefits they provide. I agree that the internship was unpaid but if any intern is getting promoted, they should be paid some amount.

The only thing I liked about working at Asiana Times is that I got to see my published posts on a domain.
It was kinda below expectations. I thought they would teach me real financial journalism but they just had me read the information from other news sites and write an article everyday. This seems kinda exploitative because I'm not really earning money and I am uploading content to their website and they are earning money. Would not recommend working here. It was a waste of my time. Plus I couldn't publish some articles due to a mistake on their end and they still don't own up to their mistakes. I hated it....Read More

My experience of internship at Asiana Times has been up to the mark. It improved my writing and analytical skills. Moreover, time management is another aspect which got instilled. Apart from this, the working hours were quite friendly for the interns. My knowledge-base has also been enhanced through this internship. Since I was ableto produce more than 20 articles, it has added to my CV which is beneficial for my further career and employement opportunities. At last, I would say that one month internship has been very fruitful for me and it made me utilize my time....Read More
The only drawback of this internship is that it is unpaid. I think this should be taken into account because an individual's intellectual property is being used. There should be a stipend for the interns since they're required to work 6 days in a week.

The timings were flexible and the firm gives you an amazing opportunity to build your skills at the comfort of your house. The supervisors are very supportive and always help you in building your skills and choosing the correct path. An amazing chance to learn and explore new things.
The only thing I personally dislike is that couldn’t get an opportunity to work physically (in the office) since it was work from home. Apart from this everything else is really good and up to the expectations.

I don’t think so there are any dislike about working at Asiana Times but I would like to give one suggestion. There was absolutely nothing I liked while working with Asiana Times. The people working there are extremely unprofessional and use foul language and threats.
A number of things: - It’s exploitative. It’s unpaid and expects the work of a paid professional. They require you to devote time on weekends, time in the afternoon, morning and evening. - Extremely unprofessional. They resort to using threats and intimidation towards unpaid interns to write a 550 word report every single day with a one-hour window. - Plagiarism. The work involves copying and stealing from other news sites. To cover this strategy up, they require the article you copy from to be not more than 3 hours old. - They do not check the quality of the work you produce, rather they check whether the work meets the 550 word deadline. - They are UNABLE to check the quality of the work as they are not familiar with the English language themselves. They had given a grammar test as a part of the selection process and the questions themselves had incorrect grammar....Read More

I liked the work culture over here and also the promotions. Other than that i got to improve myself a lot.
The drawback is we will remain intern here no matter how many months we have worked. Also we never get job opportunity and also no stipend is given to us, even though we are working for almost 10 hours a day.

The learning was useful. Access to publishing domains definitely raised a bar.
The supervisor, Prisha, could’ve had a better attitude towards the Interns. She was outright very rude and did not value the sentiments of anyone. She did not take into regard anyone’s concerns. Half the staff was not punctual and caused problems to the Interns.

I got to learn a lot and upskill during my internship at Asiana Times. I'm extremely grateful to the supervisors who were helpful and encouraging throughout the internship.
My experience was overall really fruitful. The only thing i would have liked is better management of the topics journalism interns pick, to write their articles.

The thing that I like the most about Asiana times was that how friendly were the supervisors to us. They used to explain us and train us properly without any hesitation. All of them were very cooperative. Overall, it was a great experience as it promoted skill development.
