Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. Dislikes

I don't like the way employees were treated. I saw the cleaning staff sitting on stairs and they literally don't have a place to sit. Messages on WhatsApp by seniors were so nasty and condescending. Watch out! The management is petty, they haven't given me the last month which they owe me. I think that was pretty low, low by all standards.
