It appears that certain employees have a close relationship with the directors, giving them influence that can hinder open communication. Additionally, I’ve faced situations where I was asked to proceed without proper guidance, which created confusion. The communication from some directors can be overly strict, and I believe the company policies could benefit from improvement.
