It's boss driven company, employees growth is only based on boss wish which pits your complete focus on boss instructions irrespective of what is right or wrong and you do not focus on learning new things. Company HR doesn't play any role in employees growth

dont go to lcv trim there deputy manager sathish kumar is no 1 mental ,because of his activity no of gats have left the job due to his psychortic behaviour . he works like a psycho in lcv trim but the management accept him as manager WHAT A RUBBISH PERSON . that psychortic sathish dies i wlll laugh at his body and feel happy for that .
