dont go to lcv trim there deputy manager sathish kumar is no 1 mental ,because of his activity no of gats have left the job due to his psychortic behaviour . he works like a psycho in lcv trim but the management accept him as manager WHAT A RUBBISH PERSON . that psychortic sathish dies i wlll laugh at his body and feel happy for that . Flexible working hours means if you are late to office you will be double that time late back to home. Promotions are based on favouritism. If you are a lateral entry, you have to forget your qualification age and experience. Nobody cares,better you have to constantly look for outer opportunity..
