First of all this campany has a incredible,satisfying job culture. They help you in every stage from training to booking untill closing the deal. The middle level management as well as the upper one will always there for you, they understand you, and even give you individual training if you are lack in any skill which is important for the job role. You have a 100% job security until and unless you dont have a 1% potential. There is always 1 day off in a week, in which you have to take followups otherwise the work life balance is completely depend upon you, You have to work from 9:30 to maximum 7:00 pm if there is any potential customer Otherwise you will be free by 6:30pm.
