Some what I felt my own experience - they did not given the proper respect to the employee in such a tuff time and they treated as same as the employees who done the mistake and it who are escalated to management . May be this is the Corporate style but in corporate also working only Human .....

Ashiana is well known for its culture , but the company overall internal culture is full of politics, no one is there to help you, even if they are going to help they will tell others that you are dump. The management is good but they never keep your information confidential, so never share anything personal, For fresher you can gofor it as the target is 3 to 4 flats selling per month which is easy to achieve. A very good learning opportunities ( no doubt) They provide the accomodation. The timing are 9 to 6 usually but it extended to 7 or 8. Yes they never fire you untill you are seriously a dumpster. Salary , they never increment your salary for years ,fresher get 24k per month only. Promotion,no promotion for 2 years minimum. Politics alot of politics, higher management,managers, team leaders,can stop your increment, if you are not doing exactly what they want. To survive here just be good in the eye of your manager , be their slave.

I dint work here but I attended a very long interview here. Sharing my interview experience here. These people will conduct multiple rounds of interview for nearly 2 to 3 months. We have to continuously keep on calling and following up them. The HRs in that company are always very busy. They are like god and cannot be reached easily. You cannot reach them by call or message. You have to send them whatsapp and wait for nearly a two weeks for their response. After final round of interview, if they dont respond or even reply to see your whatsapp messages, you can confirm you are not selected. The HR people doesnt even have a time or guts to tell the candidate is unselected. Such a unprofessional company. Dont waste you time in this company for any interviews.
