There was plenty of work to learn. Fortunately My team was very nice and my reporting manager was a very amazing leader & mentor.

ASC has a very toxic culture at work. The top management don't trust employees and micro manage them especially in indirect taxation department. There is no work life balance, even if you are sick you have to proof with evidence that you are not able to come to office. In fact, if you are hospitalised due to critical health condition/ surgery they will not allow you any work from home or sick leave, infact they will deduct your salary. They put so much work pressure on you that you have to work after office hours on a daily basis to complete. They don't like to give increments to employees. They just exploits their employees and don't have any concern about employee's problems....Read More
