Sunil Sharma here. Worked here for around 1.5 yrs. A wonderful place for overall growth and development. The boss Atul Sharma is the best human you'll always meet. Take him as Krishna telling Geeta but in very angry and indirect language. His intention is for you to explore and understand and if you can do that, you'll be polished into a diamond.

Dislikes

A bit of office politics, but where it isn't!!! The higher people tend to be understanding of this fact and you don't see negative effects unless you allow yourself to be drowned.

Work Details

As a litigation lawyer, I learned a lot not only as lawyer but as a human. And I'll always be thankful.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
