Working environment is good. Teammates are jovial and understanding. There is no pressure from the college.

I need better career growth and opportunities. Need to be in still better position.

I enjoying the job, with full pleadged commitment but I need more facilities which makes me comfortable and to get satisfaction

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
