The mode of work is average, zero job security they through away in a very less time no matter how much you worked hard for them no value of hardwork, they don't need quality they just need deaf followers of their instructions in less money.If you put any innovative opinion forward it will be considered as you speaks more which is like going against them.So pathetic.
