Working atmosphere is good, very supportive staff available here, many learning plateform available here like Planing, coordination, execution, finishing, etc... Very punctual in salary deposit system every 1st date of month we received our salary.

The company is quite adaptable. I was a part of the for almost 5 years. Good for civil engineers, having 2 to 3 years of experience. Bright sides are, one can have balanced life with personal and professional is concern, vivid scope of learning, approachable seniors and colleagues. Drawbacks are, lack of employee's effort appreciation, one needs to be self motivated and increments are market driven, then capability driven. Company holds good reputation in market.
