Lot of work pressure, they expect you to work whole day not just 9-10 hrs. Manager keeps threatening to remove you even if you are performing well. Constant criticism. Terrible team members. No support. No mentorship. No training. Compensation below industry standards for the kind of work they make you do.

A startup company. Trying hard to showoff as a IT industry, but failed. Don't expect professionalism. No such benefits. Office ambiance is worse than a govt company. Only way to make manager happy by stretching office time . Salary offered very less compare to market standard.
