Nobody cares about staff's mental health Nobody listen complaints ,if sombody filed any complaint then victim should be ready for more mental harrassment No basis of salary increments... even your junior staffs getting highly paid than you with no work experience Nobody supports you ifany problem at work occurs Staff is bullied on the basis of their states Partiallity/ favouritism at work is there Once after a complaint one from HR department handled the situation and replied to victim that "paani m rehke magar se bair nhi krte" A lot more is there..............Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I am manager Community outreach programmes & Marketing.i have to look after the Helath Check Up Camps PAN India, CME’s with IMA, Helath talks in Corporates, School's, Colleges, RWA’s, and various NGO’s. Generate the footfalls for Hospitals.
