Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Management is not transperant and lot of partiality. No cafeteria. No air cooler, forget about air conditioning. Company policies are only for management's benefit. Appraisals? What's that? Salary hike depends on favouritism. No bonus. Salary delay by 4-5 months. Many timespartiay salary is received.
