Work life balance is good. Job security is good. Learning and growth opportunities are less. Increment and compensation growth is decent and better than service based company. Network operations center and support profiles mostly in India

Dislikes

Hardcore technologies are not outsourced in India ,only support teams which gives less learning opportunities. No transport service at all
