So below is my detailed observations about this company: • Office space is too cool having amazing ambience, sitting area, cafeteria, play area etc. • Colleagues are very helpful, very chill like friends. Even if you are a new comer you will not feel that you are new in the office. You'll always feel inclusive. • Everyone in the office is so committed towards their job that they always wants to give their best in their roles and make the company grow. • Free snacks are always available from the snacks bar for every employee • Every month there is atleast one or two party / dinner / outing etc. to celebrate the achievements.. • Even during the team meetings no one seems tensed as even the meetings are fun here ;) • Talking about the growth, there are ample of opportunities available to grow as there is no politics.. so in short you will get the recognition what you deserve • The best things is that the salary is always on time • You will never see anyone tensed here or doing overtime unnecessarily as the company itself doesn't promotes working overtimes.. however when the employees themselves feel that some extra efforts are required for any task/project they never backs out from it • The Founder & CEO is also very helpful he's always available to help you with any doubts or issues....Read More
