No work life balance. You have to work on Sunday & even after company hours. Anybody can call you anytime for asking about status of work. You have to attend a large number of meetings everyday. You can not enjoy your work there and forced to work on multiple projects which disturbs you mentally. Manager is asking for work related status only. No moral support & encouragement. You will be always under mental pressure. You have to fill daily timesheet, weekly timesheet as well as give weekly plan to team leader. Your PF cutting is large. Near about 6000 RS per month from CTC. HR never helps you regarding any information. Even they did not receive employees call. Poor management & corporate politics involved in each work. You have to arrange different things at company by yourself. No one helps you. Everyone is busy in there work & does not support you anymore. Company is not centralized at one place. You have to regularly travel from Nashik to Satana, Nashik to Sogras & also other plants. Working space is limited at office. You have to struggle for chair & to get proper sitting space everyday. If you want any help from IT person then you have to call him a number of times and ask him for help. Sometimes if any device / cable required for any testing work then either you have to purchase it from your pocket later claim it or you have to manage by yourself. No one is going to help you. If you ask for any help then first they insult you and then do little help for you. Site allowance is very less. RS 300 per day on site. It may get reduced depending on city. Maximum is 350 RS only. You have travel by local city bus many times. Account department did not accept easily OLA/ Uber cab bill claim. You have to do argument with him. In application letter they offer 3 months notice period to employee resignation but clearly write that company can terminate any employee by giving 15 days notice period. It's terrible. Nothing much to like. The company boast about 'Special Leave' for female employees but it is actually deducted from 'Paid leave'.

A Company with No Vision, Poor Leadership and Zero Employee Consideration. The company lacks vision, direction and clarity from leadership team. Work-life balance is non existent. Employees are expected to work on Saturdays or on leaves without any prior commitments. The HR department is practically absent- unresponsive on calls andemails when employees need support. Policies and processes are changed overnight by leadership team and they fail to provide proper guidance but are quick to blame the team for any short comings. Instead of motivating employees they create a demoralizing work environment. In terms of professional growth there is nothing to learn. Increments are are not given on time. There is too much of micromanagement and the company culture is toxic. Despite the company completed 25 years, there were no efforts to appreciated the employees throughout the year. The leadership , unfortunately is driven by ego rather than support. Overall it is one of the worst company I have worked, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, growth or healthy work culture especially for people outside Nashik. 1. Leadership from the SCM Head, Design Head, Solution Design Head, HR Head and Plant Heads are commendable. However, the IT Leader, PMO Leader needs improvement. 2. Entry and mid-level engineers are provided with ample learning opportunities, which is encouraging for skill development. 3. The HR team is efficient and proactive, organizing enjoyable events like Armstrong and APL. The infrastructure feels more like showbiz rather than being genuinely functional for employees' needs, Tea is provided in small cups, no canteen facility, strict timings, site situations are worse. 2.The payroll team and accounts department need significant improvement in behavior, as rudeness and inappropriate comments from the Accounts Head create a negative environment

So I started my journey in this company in 2021, Armstrong is like school for start of your career where you get to learn explore deeply and gain knowledge of every department transparently. Most liked process like in my work time: 1. The HR and teammates prepares a smooth on-board for employees meeting / introducing each and every department individual which gives good friendly start. Introducing new activities or learning. 2. Apart for the on-board I observed that the HR gives you flexible availability understands your problems technical issues or any other.... 3. You can explore every department technology as there's no barrier for learning kept. Infact the Owner and Chairman himself are so pro active and transparent with employees which give support and comfort. 4. The nature of employees which is the best part of having friendly environment from the HR team to the ground level workers . 5. Support level from the senior managers / leaders gives push to your work related to any sort of guidance or new learning. 6. So it's myth from everyone I say imagining that the HR is enemy for employees with reason of termination or exit or problems, I believe HR is mediator between management and employees but in my time what I experienced is the support towards employees side is first from the HR head and team. 7. So there are no such dislikes but we can say somethings need to be improved. 1. Direct connection of managers to MD and Chairman to be stopped, there should be a Director leading for every dept. Direct escalation to be not accepted in any case weather employees are old or new. 2. Manners from employees at basic level should be followed having habits behavior communication way. 3. Micromanagement should be stopped for upgrading technologies and things. 4. Job description and scope should be cleared by the manager with help of HR. 5. Unwanted post promotions to be stopped which relates that if employee is favorable or old only after interview for the position the promotion is to be done. 6. Management should go through HR for delivering rules policies or any state change in work. 7. Most important point favorism to be stopped . 8. Favorism for / from old people is to be stopped. 9. I specially felt that some team leaders directly communicates with you having oldage experience in company having favor from higher management and the user has to perform the tasks fearfully. Or any unnecessary tasks are also assigned which are doesn't into your profile scope. 10. Even there are some cases where your being asked to do which are easy and out of the scope too, eg: calls asked for to start cpu which is self independent task, hdmi cables, managing audio systems, and so on .... 11. Nothing much to like. No one is continuing jobs due to politics as every department is hold by few people. Managers don't even know how to talk with team & behave with team.

Nothing is good. Useless HR policy- HR head is manner less person.(Female employee not safe). Project - zero level project management. SCM - don't care site requirement they will take months to deliver small stuff on site. IT- this department has its own ego. Never response mail and meetings. Electrical- don't know what type panel and system they are designing for every project. Automation - high internal politics. control by few people with lots of domination. Most of people & managers eating tobacco in toilet. Useless site travel and stay with very less benefits. Accomodation is most thrid class level. They don't have money to keep desk clean company asks employees to clean there desk.
