Nothing much to like. No one is continuing jobs due to politics as every department is hold by few people. Managers don't even know how to talk with team & behave with team.

Dislikes

Nothing is good. Useless HR policy- HR head is manner less person.(Female employee not safe). Project - zero level project management. SCM - don't care site requirement they will take months to deliver small stuff on site. IT- this department has its own ego. Never response mail and meetings. Electrical- don't know what type panel and system they are designing for every project. Automation - high internal politics. control by few people with lots of domination. Most of people & managers eating tobacco in toilet. Useless site travel and stay with very less benefits. Accomodation is most thrid class level. They don't have money to keep desk clean company asks employees to clean there desk. Most of female managers don't have eligibility for position but they are controlling many departments due to upper management influence (affairs)...Read More

With in same department collegues beviour different. They always try to impose mistakes on others. Over all office collegues are very friendly nature.

Dislikes

It is not desk job. Developer need to travell across indua and collaborate with other departments teams.

Very friendly staff and management, Training sessions, Good environment, Good facilities like Mediclaim, Life insurance, Leaves etc

No Job security they fire an employee without a single day notice just for a small reason like low performance or small mistakes in reporting.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
