Team leader are very supportive .management staffs are also very supportive

One of the bad and worst management. All process are good except rbl credit card collection. They didn't gave any leave even in festival time also .salary is very low they didn't give salary hike .

This is a third class company .if some one wants to waste his time can join here .u will get one week off .work on each govt holiday even 15 th aug .jan 26 th .christmas day on such a occasion also u have to work here .company here wants 8 hours login and 1 hour free time ..but this company will give a chance to work 8 hrs login .2hours extra work after logout in personal mob .30 mints lunch time .it will debit ESI amount without any esi no provide to employees. PF amount u can see in ur payment slip but in PF apps its not visible .10 months pf they will provide at a time.eachonth u have to struggle for this pf with HR team .No 1 fraud company .two time raid also came from vigilance .u can note all the things then take decision its useful for anyone's carreer or not .I told all the things here are true facts .u can check other feedbacks from anyone in details....Read More

Nothing, worst management , politics, No response from HR, Threaten from TLs, No punctuation, No punctuality and Early morning login like 8clk and and 7clk logout and More pressure

My suggestion is Don't join this company because More pressure from TL and Manager and Hr told to login 9AM when interview time but in process TLs and Assistance Managers said 7clk login and 7clk logout and No action from HR side
