HR Jyoti Kokil (good politician) do not value an Individual's unique strengths and is not open to suggestions. Any suggestion is taken as negative by her and will do everything under her power to destroy that person's reputation. Will make other people against that person. Many good people had to resign because of Jyoti and Shanti Shri. If you want to progress in Armacell than be in good books of Jyoti and her group. Staff and factory workers are given different quality of food in canteen. Factory workers are given horrible food....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
