1. Job security if they don’t like employees how are not participating they activists or function they start to cut of them. 2. Always give all benifites and advantages to their favourite employees. 3.they never support other employees to achieve their monthly targets. 4. If somebody rise this that his team leader or manger not supporting us properly them again they start showing their anger on the employee. 5. If someone to fit for sales department so you should fixed them in another but they will make employees image in front of higher managements they are not fit for our company because they don’t have intasity to work&all. 6. After getting call from Hr to put down the paper then they came to employee and give us fake sympathy that we are try our level best but due to performance management was take those actions.
