They make employee fool so easily by sweet talks and fake promises

Dislikes

They give fake promises to the employee, the policies are more in favor of company, the manager target the people who raised the voice against management, there is favouritism and more internal political games, they kick out employees if they are try to exposed them in front of higher authority or into other employees. Manager behaviour is egoistic.

Dislikes

Being a small company, possibilities for hierarchical growth are low. However, the company does acknowledge and provide alter ways for growth and work satisfaction.
