But I realised soon that this is LALA co. which goes by the few old employees who are old friends of owner they are very scared of therir position and hence never let any hard and intelligent worker come up who is looking for a worthy position by his honest hard wirkingand innovative new ideas. The people around owner get scared of your abilities and become one to ensure you must leave the company . The owner is not able to take the decision without taking advise from this few old people.
