i like the senior Architects out there, but lots of partial decisions took place between me n my team leader, which was really sad for me.

Likes

Salaries are being cut down percentage wise owing to the pandemic crisis. Work life balance previously was hard to maintain and now even worse. Politics remain an essential part to succeed here.

Dislikes

If they can write down your job, they can hire someone cheaper than you. Copy paste tends to be their innovation since a long time. No growth in terms of individual development as leads are often taken by the senior hierarchy, seldom promoted- simply work and deliver as told.
