Good work environment and culture.teammates are support ice and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Of course all this comes with results.

Worst management of NAMTECH- Egomaniac Directors, Feeble leadership, total inhuman. It is an noble initiative and people who just want to fillup their pockets and use their positions toil with the juniors and just to satisfy ego they play with people's carreer.
