Good company and so many upcoming projects. Department working culture is good, everyone has their own responsibility.

Poor food with high charge need free food, Transportation charge 1600rupees per month, it's terrible, need free transportation No festival bonus No facilities for employees You will get nothing except your salary To improve employees productivity company should provide good facilities.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
