Arcelor mittal has good plant locations

A very bad work culture. People have not yet evolved over here. Internal politics. During joining a lot of negotiation is done. Long wait for the release of offer letter. They always want you to join within 1month but while you leave the company they won’t allow you to leave before 1hr even. Safety is just in books and not at all implemented in the plant premises. During Audits they want to get goodie goodie numbers and then they forget about everything and just focus on production. Staff can mistreat you at any moment of time. No moral , ethics and values. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer.
