In this company job security is a very good thing..No one can push u out untill u did not do anything like stealing and molesting..company salary policy will be at a lower side..company management is very good .. and working culture is also will be at average..

Dislikes

One thing I dislike most about ATSPL is here no career growth will be happen..

Here now though I am working for 7 years , it will be a little bit easy to work on

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
