With out any reason the higher people in site management ( Site manager Mahender, Civil lead Eingineer Raj kumar, Saftey Ratheesh ) can terminate with their own wish. They show the power of poor people.. Really this 3 people punish by god. They working for their salary. They never love AIP. But showing power.. All the best this 3 guys.
