No respect for employees even engineers are made to travel with laborers in the same buses for transportation. short of resources and no management step is taken to retain skilled employees or workers. At the site level, employee life is worst, especially for Planning Engineer. And Employees are frequently transferred to different sites

I had been working as a planned engineer for just two year and has been site transferred to 4 different sites during the period due to a shortage of planners.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

CEO has good values and QA/ QC department is very supporting and good knowledge. Out of 3 Project managers only one PM has the quality and he resigned and residing in UK right now. Assistant Business development manager very supportive. Operation Manager/ Shop Manager has dirty politics and doesn’t have memory he is asking same doubts and every meeting. He is insisting project engineers to talk to client for getting the call off. Only have material knowledge and not worth for the salary. Operation Manager and Assistant Proposal always playing bad politics. One person he doesn’t know his designation he is trying to get the project Manager position. He is pulling back the company performance and due to wrong attitude lot of good staff resigned from the company. Salary is on time no delay. Only Manger have better life in the company....Read More
