Being a proposal engineer my manager was very cooperative, understanding and supporting. Nothing apart from that can be liked in this company

There is a list: 1) people from non-technical background can be a purchase engineer here. 2) very very poor appraisal policy. 3) worst hr and admin team. 4) after serving notice period of 3 months, you don't have assurance that you will get experience letter. For troubling you that can go to any extent 5) the sr manager HR(cannot be a HR. Don't know if she is qualified to be hr) is a very egoistic person. She decides the wages which are not as per market standards. 7) you can be abused. Bad words on mother and sister can be heard a lot. 8) appraisal policy is worst. 9) money is distributed to top guys (hod etc). It doesn't percolate till the junior guys. 10) though a technical company, still it is hr driven. 11) working to other companies with portfolio will be better experience than working with aquatech.
