Apart from the Job role we may come to know how other departments are working, because company is small and having limited staff.

salary will never be paid on time. Worst work culture. No clarity on projects which are undertaken. Many false commitments by the Management end. HR policies are worst. Original certificate has to be submitted at the time of joining but no acknowledgement will be given. Appointment letter will be given to the candidate when the management want to terminate the candidate. Job role and job description, will not match. worst work experience. They had launched an android application named APTIINOVA, which is even available in playstore, but after few days they had down the app, but collected money from many of the clients. Fake company waste.
