Just like many other companies, the yearly increment structure here ain't that great.

I am a part of the Training Solutions Team. Work here is great most of the times. Talent Acquisition can be tough. But becaue of the cooperation and support of my reporting manager, I am able to work though all the hindrancrs and hassles headstrong.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company keeps discouraging value placed behind seniority. The use of suffixes such as 'Sir' or 'Mam' is strongly opposed which is great.

Work life balance , believes highly in learning and growth of employees

Dislikes

Company culture is infested with extreme level of politics, favouritism which in turn has an influence on performance appraisals , though L&D is considered as a priority , very few actually get into internal growth. Role of HR function in the above factors is invisible except for few events hosted in the name of employee e ngagement

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
