It's worst decision of my life. And here Appliances service kolkata branch is worst to join in PAN india due to heaviest internal politics. Few seniors take favicol and stick to their chair so that other people dont enter into their lobby and remove their chair. They abuse new ppl coming from other companies and deals in inhuman manner and its worst kind of HR and head office policy to support these culprits who behave with junior like they are pets.babu culture like you have to be servant as they born into that organization and die also so they are everything & zero value for people join as experienced from other brands...Read More

Still thinking what did i liked but hardly had any memories in my 3 years.

1. You will assessed on KRA/KPI parameter which is not aligned with Branch. 2. For the sake of designation you are Zonal Trainer in fact you will work as Branch trainer as there are BT, you are individual contributor without support. 3. Only Training coverage is seen, Nobody bother about quality of training & nothing is planned for quality assessment. 4. You will have to travel via Train/bus always, No flight option. 5. Budget for training is less than 45K for 140 Employees, Imagine the quality of hotel, food, boarding, lodging, projector cost etc,..& imagine why would people come for training. hence poor budget for training. 6. Weekly concall on KRA/KPI. 7. No room for your creativity at work as you will be overloaded with work. 8.
