I had worked for two years in Aptara. In my opinion, teammates are very supportive and caring, training is organised when required. Less job pressure and no night shifts.

Don't except job security or promotion because they don't have reliable, high-class clients and layoffs can happen if clients don't offer the project. Career growth is limited, Appraisal comes two or three years if a group of employees resign and joins the competitive company. Employees who work in Noida are given priority and otherbranches i.e. TVM branch are neglected. Don't expect any benefits like tea, snacks, cab or other benefits from the management....Read More
