Salary cycle is fixed you will get paid on time. There is no delay in salary.

Dislikes

No proper management is there HR is not helpful if you ask for HR help she will not give proper response. Some senior level employees take wfh whenever they want. If you ask for wfh then you have option to come to office or take leave. Moreover its a school where you get abuse only whereever you go

There’s nothing to like about Appypie as they are scammer, and the management is trashy. An arrogant group of friends are running the management and there’s no term called policy or compliance in this company. The so called leaders are practising dictatorship and ruining people's career by hiring and firing based on their mood.

Dislikes

The IT and HR team is just mannerless, they have 0 knowledge about any policy. All they know is snatching money from employees by giving any meaningless reasons. HR behaves like they are Demi-gods as they create and remove policies which is in their favor.
