Company was good when Martin is working as CTO. But now company has appointed politician in top position, that never looks your effort and work. Therefore company has fall down to coWorks.

Being a technical employee you won't get proper growth. If you wanted to join Appster then join it as a non-technical person like P.O ,S.M or QA. There is no work life balance in this company. Most of team need to stay late night often. Despite of this hard work you won't get better appraisal or any good feedback. No work culture, Zero work life balance, if a person spends 1 minute less than 8 hrs and 45 minutes a day, he will be marked for half day. Company's culture is toxic.
