Culture is very bad , in senior level are all diploma holders, they Never let btech guys to improve. Management should change diploma holders from higher position.

Company gives higher position to diploma holders who take advantage of other guys and make dirty politics and dnt let anyone go up other then diplomas , the blue collar culture

I am specifically writing about the mining division. There is no proper hierarchy division of employees here even if there is it is in the name only. DETs are unruly here and talented employees will be surpressed. There is several disperaty in the different departments.
