Not a good company for freshers. After my resignation, they haven't released my variable amount. They don't allow any leave's in the notice period. Worst experience till now.

I had work here for 1 and half year and everything was excellent. If I talk about teammates managers all are supportive. Here you will learn how to work and increase your skills in each domain like client interaction how to handle issues, technically I had increase mone skils also. It was fantastic experience mine

Work life balance if you are good to manage your work in life than there is no such issues else you need to manage

Work Details

It was exciting as well as hectic some time but I love that I was part of this family.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
