No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

There is no any thing which could be loved by working over there in Appollo Hospital because neither the employees of that organization are having good etiquettes, neither the staff gives any kind of chance to prove other highly qualified staffs and only the back bitching is going on with all the highly qualified health care Consultants and the Drs. The Consultants as well as the Drs are being teased on the behalf of their grooming skills, father's name. Lots of time the Consultants are been seen fighting with each other regarding the patients prescription for drugs in case of patient suffering from the multiple organs failure and more comorbities with consequences. Therapeutic Drugs Monitoring (TDM) for the bed side patients is too poor. Clinical Pharmacist who are having M.Pharm qualification are not capable of handling as well as maintaining of the drug doses regimen for the patients depending upon the clinical condition of the patients. Just for the sake of promotion within 6months very down level of corporate politics is been played by the employees and no any kind of sympathy is shown for the highly qualified professionals who can show there best in the healthcare sector for the betterment of the patients health.
